News

We very rarely see cats passing near us. About a month ago I saw a light gray and white cat in our garden, and I saw him again yesterday near the bottom of the path that leads to the road. It is strange that he does not come more often. We have so many birds. A lot of sparrows and tits – all varieties almost. A red-breasted robin, of course. Since the days when it was rather cold, nuthatches visit us. And even a great spotted woodpecker. For a few days, other birds, rather big, have come. They nearly always stay on the ground. Their name? I do not know. Finches?

As expected, Frimousse’s lime has been trimmed. A skeleton. Let’s hope branches and leaves will grow soon!

Gatto addestrato?

Three weeks ago we spent a few days at Cogne, in Aosta Valley, and we were lucky to be able to go there again for a couple of days at the end of last week – Frimousse’s Mistress did a lot of Nordic skiing and I had a few short walks in the snow.

We’ve only seen three cats – I’ll probably show you photos of two of them in the near future.

But… what a strange notice board! Zorro and Pixie’s Mistress will understand the sentence of course, but why this notice?
