“Tell me, my good Master…”

Tell me, good Master, Ficelle and all the others who are “gone”, where are they? In the stars? In the rainbow? “Somewhere”?

-You see, Frimousse, a long long time ago someone answered this to a king who was asking the same question as you:

“The present life of man upon earth, O King, seems to me in comparison with that time which is unknown to us like the swift flight of a sparrow through the mead-hall where you sit at supper in winter, with your Ealdormen and thanes, while the fire blazes in the midst and the hall is warmed, but the wintry storms of rain or snow are raging abroad. The sparrow, flying in at one door and immediately out at another, whilst he is within, is safe from the wintry tempest, but after a short space of fair weather, he immediately vanishes out of your sight, passing from winter to winter again. So this life of man appears for a little while, but of what is to follow or what went before we know nothing at all.”

But you, good Master, what do you think?

-A  Greek singer used to sing: “As long as you remember me / I’ll never be too far” (song)  You see, Frimousse, all our friends, cats, dogs, humans, their lives go on in our memory, in our heart. We must not forget them. And talking about them is making their lives go on.

Is that the reason why you very often talk about Tigri?

-Yes, gentle Frimousse.

The beginning and the end

Do you remember?  it is at the top of the front page of the blog in Frimousse Blog. My blog was created as my Masters believed that they were going to lose me. They wanted to keep a memory of me.

Two years later, or almost, my Master encouraged Nicole to create the blog of her Princesses. A page of Nicole’s life turns today, and one also in the life of all those who followed Nicole’s Princesses until today. We are all very sad.

I, Frimousse,  invite you to read the front pages of Nicole’s Princesses’s blog.

It’s here
