Maybe you read a little bit fast, Frimousse. Our post is about a licence for cat owners : the licence to have a cat (with exam, and all that stuff). But a driving licence for kitties would be a great idea too ! Purrs
I was certain you would agree! So-called humans are poor drivers, they kill very many of us everyday. It wouldn’t be difficult to drive better than they do!
